Bookings and enquiries can be made via telephone or email. JD Bridal Hair & Make Up will confirm availability for you and arrange a trial appointment.
To secure the booking for your wedding day, all clients must pay a deposit. Bookings for hair or make up only the deposit is £50.00.
Bookings for hair & make up the deposit is £100.00.
Please note that your booking will not be finalised until the deposit is paid in full.
Your deposit is to secure your wedding date & appointment time slot that is allocated to the member of staff for you on the day.
Please note your deposit is not refundable should cancel this appointment slot at a later date.
However should you decide not to book with us after your trial appointment you have 48 hours to let us know then your deposit will be 50% refunded.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total bill on or before your wedding day.
Once the deposit has been paid JD Bridal Hair & make up will then provide the client with a booking summary and will confirm receipt of the deposit.
Your final balance invoice will be sent out to you after your trial appointment and is payable on or before your wedding day in cash or by bank transfer. Please note once your invoice has been send out, please read through and confirm that all services are correct. Any services that are cancelled on the day will still be charged.
I understand that in some circumstances a trial is not always possible for clients, in which case a full consultation will be given over the phone or by email. I will ask you to provide me with a photo of you, any hairstyles / makeup you have in mind, your dress, and accessories.
Your appointments are very important to the team and are reserved especially for you and your bridal party. While we understand that schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request 48hour's notice for cancelations. The services booked are reserved for you and you will be charged 100% of the service amount if you do not cancel within the 48 hour's.
The cancelation policy gives us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and keeps our team members schedules filled.
